2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a refund under our guarantee:

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and travel accessories (e.g., the waterproof travel carry bag).
  • The pillow must not show excessive signs of wear, permanent stains, tear, or structural damage.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your pillow is simple:

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@avemosstore.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
  1. Briefly describe the reason for your return (we appreciate feedback to improve our product ergonomics!).
  1. Our team will reply within 12-24 hours with return instructions and the warehouse mailing address.
  1. Pack the pillow securely, ship it to the provided address, and email us the tracking code.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items, unless the item arrived defective or damaged (see Section 6). Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our logistics hub, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every Avemos pillow before it leaves our warehouse. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@avemosstore.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send you a brand-new replacement pillow immediately at zero additional cost.
